Information the service uses

• Account: name, email, authentication records and session information to create and protect your account.
• Creative work: prompts, settings, page content, uploaded and generated images, projects and exports to make and save your books.
• Usage and billing: generation jobs, credit history, payment and customer references to calculate balances, prevent duplicate charges and support purchases. Boverly does not store your card number.
• Essential operation: technical and security events needed to run and troubleshoot the service.

The main purposes are to provide the requested service and billing, protect accounts, and meet applicable legal obligations. No advertising or optional tracking cookies are part of this build.

AI and service providers

When you request generation or an AI edit, your idea, page directions, audience and relevant image content are sent to OpenAI to produce the result. The application requests store: false for Responses calls. Avoid adding a child’s name or other sensitive information unless it is needed for the book.

Account and book data are held in the configured Supabase/PostgreSQL and object storage environment. Stripe handles card checkout when paid packs are enabled. Provider locations, international transfer safeguards and final data-processing agreements must be verified for the public deployment.

Cookies, retention and backups

An essential session cookie keeps you signed in. The workspace may store your favorite-book choices locally in your browser. Your account keeps projects and credit records while the service is in use. You can export an editable book backup.

A documented schedule for account deletion, old backups, unreferenced images, security logs and legally required payment records must be set before public launch. Deleting a project in the app removes it from your workspace; it should not be taken as proof that every backup or provider copy has already been erased.

Your choices and rights

You can edit your profile and projects, download a project backup and request access, correction or deletion of personal data. Depending on the legal basis, you may also object, request restriction or portability, or complain to your local data-protection authority. Requests will be handled through the operator contact shown above once configured.
