Before you pay

Credit packs are one-time purchases, with no automatic renewal. The account page shows the pack size and USD price, while Stripe checkout shows the final amount and any applicable tax before you pay. Credits appear only after a verified paid event. Purchased credits do not expire.

Your right to withdraw

If you are a consumer in the EU, online purchases generally carry a 14-day right to withdraw, subject to legal exceptions. An exception for immediately supplied digital content requires specific express consent, acknowledgement of losing the right, and confirmation. Boverly’s current checkout does not collect that waiver. We do not treat the simple purchase of credits as an automatic loss of your withdrawal rights.

Consumer rights can differ by country and circumstances. Nothing on this page removes rights provided by applicable law. If credits were already used, the amount legally refundable may depend on the purchase and service supplied; the operator will review the request against applicable consumer rules.

Failed generation or an incorrect charge

Only completed generation is charged. Unused reserved credits from interrupted work are released. If paid credits fail to appear, do not repeat the purchase immediately: refresh your account balance and report the Stripe receipt or checkout reference to support. Duplicate or incorrect charges will be investigated.

A refund of a paid pack may require reversing the associated credit grant. This is handled by the operator and is not a self-service account button in this preview.
